Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking information.
Shipping Responsibility
By placing an order with LightBearerCoffeeCo.LLC, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
LightBearerCoffeeCo.LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost packages during transit
- Damaged items during transit
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen
Claims for Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LightBearerCoffeeCo.LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Fees & Returns
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is requested, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
